Our outlet machines are thoroughly inspected and certified by Maksiwa experts to ensure top performance.

Outlet Machines may include items that were previously displayed in showrooms, used for demonstrations, refurbished, or returned. While they may show light cosmetic wear such as scratches or small dents, each unit is tested to guarantee it works like new.

Every outlet machine comes with a full 1-year warranty, delivering the same quality as our brand-new models.

Once shipped, orders take approximately five to ten business days to arrive.

Shipping costs are determined by several factors, including the destination, package weight, and the selected shipping method.

We only ship for USA. All international shipping require quotation.

If your Maksiwa machine is still under warranty and you need a replacement part, we’ve got you covered. Warranty parts ship free* of charge.

If you purchased your machine within the last two years, you might still be covered. Outlet machines include a 1-year warranty. Please contact us to request parts under warranty.
